Although the body has antibodies against influenza virus after we got the flu, but because the population of influenza virus is different each other, it made not useful for this antibody. To actually have some tips to overcome the flu that is easy and inexpensive for body nutrition. I conclude these tips by myself from some articles that I have read during blogwalking. According to medical experts, the influenza virus infection is self limiting disease, which means the virus can be cured by itself. However, it would be better if we do an activity that can accelerate our body to make antibodies substance, this tips are :
1. Calming thoughts
We can do this by lying down, try to focus your mind on just one point, for example, I want to heal. With a quiet mind body's immune system had a positive energy and positive thoughts as well.
2. Expand drinking water

3. Nutritionally balanced meals
